Pilates Remixed (in English)
Richard Preece is an origin8 business partner
and a teacher of the oigin8 team, having gained his Pilates Essentials
qualification by Art of Motion, Australia in March 2010.
His classes combine elements of his other
favoured methods of training and movement; Kickboxing and Yoga to give a
well balanced
practice with an emphasis on core strength,
stamina and flexibility.
He believes Pilates is an ideal form of practice to enhance self body
awareness and is equally benefiting as a stand alone practice, or as a
complimentary practice to virtualy any form of
sport or movement.
The class is presented in English and is suitable
for all levels, although a willingness to work up a sweat is essential!
